Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Strix EDGE Group ("we", "us") provides technical-analysis signals derived from a proprietary chart-pattern detection engine. Signals are delivered via Telegram, optional JSON webhook (Apex tier), and an invite-only TradingView indicator. We do not manage funds, place trades on your behalf, or offer financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By subscribing, you confirm you meet these requirements. You are also responsible for ensuring that cryptocurrency trading and the consumption of technical-analysis services is legal in your country of residence.

3. Subscription and Billing

• All payments are processed through NOWPayments (nowpayments.io) via USDT cryptocurrency. We never store your wallet keys.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD ($).
• Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings at strix-edge.com/profile. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute Strix EDGE signals, content, or indicator access to any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to derive the source code of our pattern-detection engine or TradingView indicator.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to extract data from the website without prior written consent.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate, irreversible termination of your subscription without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on strix-edge.com — including the pattern-detection engine, the Auto Pattern Detector TradingView indicator, written content, designs, branding ("Strix EDGE", logo, mascot Green Lady), and methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of Strix EDGE Group. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your personal trading use during your active subscription.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

• Strix EDGE signals are based on technical analysis and pattern recognition, which are probabilistic by nature.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• We do not guarantee any specific trading outcome.
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, position sizing, and risk management.
• Strix EDGE is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strix EDGE Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, missed profits, or opportunity costs — arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse. We may also terminate or modify the Service with reasonable advance notice. In the event of service-wide termination, prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of paid subscriptions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website and/or email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tirana, Albania.
