Last updated: July 2026. Strix EDGE Group respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data we process when you visit strix-edge.com or use our services. This Policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data We Collect
We collect the minimum data required to deliver our services:
- Account data — email address and display name collected at registration via Firebase Authentication.
- Contact email — if you contact us via contact@strix-edge.com, we store your email and message for support purposes.
- Subscription data — payment processing is handled entirely by NOWPayments (nowpayments.io). We never receive or store your card or wallet details. We receive only your subscription status and payment confirmation.
- Usage data — anonymised analytics (aggregate page views, country-level location, referrers) collected without cookies or personally identifiable information.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and maintain your account.
- To respond to your support inquiries.
- To grant and manage access to our paid subscription services.
- To improve our website and content based on aggregate analytics.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not engage in cross-site tracking.
3. Third-Party Services
- NOWPayments (nowpayments.io) — cryptocurrency payment processing. We never store wallet keys or payment credentials.
- Firebase / Google (firebase.google.com) — authentication and database hosting.
- Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions.
- ByBit — real-time market data source for scanner signals.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them directly.
4. Cookies
strix-edge.com does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Firebase Authentication uses session storage for functional login persistence only. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Request data portability.
- Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

6. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
- Subscription and billing records are retained as required by accounting law (typically 5–10 years depending on jurisdiction).
- Support correspondence is retained for 2 years.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption across the site. Authentication is handled by Firebase with industry-standard security. Payment processing is handled by NOWPayments via blockchain transactions. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
