Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and scope

By creating an account, purchasing access or using Strix EDGE, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to both free and paid access.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, transferred or used to bypass plan limits or technical safeguards.

3. Nature of the service

Strix EDGE is a digital market-intelligence and analytics platform. It provides market data views, technical indicator models, scanner engines, signal qualification and confluence analysis. Strix EDGE does not custody customer funds, execute trades, act as a broker or exchange, or guarantee investment results.

4. No financial or investment advice

Information, signals, scores and analytics are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. They are not personal investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or a guarantee that any trade will be profitable. You remain solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

5. Plans, access periods and pricing

Features depend on the plan and access period selected at purchase. Current plan names and included features are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are displayed before checkout. Fixed-term access does not automatically renew unless automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and accepted at the time of purchase.

6. Payment and activation

Paid access is activated only after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. Payment processing is handled by an external payment provider. Strix EDGE may receive payment status, reference, amount and transaction identifiers necessary to activate or support your subscription, but does not need to store full payment-card details.

7. Digital delivery

Paid features are delivered electronically to the registered account after payment confirmation. Access continues for the purchased period, subject to these Terms, technical availability and any mandatory legal rights.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer protected engines, scrape or systematically extract protected outputs, circumvent access controls, interfere with the service, abuse APIs, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use Strix EDGE for unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual property

The Strix EDGE brand, interface, software, protected analytical logic, models, visual design and original content are owned by or licensed to Strix EDGE. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable access period.

11. Market data and third-party services

The platform may rely on third-party market-data, infrastructure, authentication, analytics and payment services. Data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or corrected by its source. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, rate limits, security events or market-data interruptions may temporarily affect features. We may improve, replace or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

13. Risk disclaimer

Cryptoassets are volatile and trading can result in substantial or total loss. Historical data, technical signals and model agreement do not predict future performance. Use risk management appropriate to your circumstances and obtain independent professional advice where needed.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties, including for fraud, payment abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct or material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strix EDGE is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, losses caused by market movements, third-party outages or decisions made using platform information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security or operational changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service where appropriate.
