2. Payment information
Payments are processed by an external payment provider. Strix EDGE may receive transaction reference, payment status, amount, currency and provider identifiers required to activate access, prevent fraud and resolve payment issues. Full card details are processed by the payment provider and are not required to be stored by Strix EDGE.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, provide requested features, activate paid access, maintain plan entitlements, operate and improve the platform, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations and communicate important service information.
